Key Responsibilities: • Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-enabled features and digital-first solutions. • Define and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on impact, user feedback, and analytics. • Leverage analytical skills to assess user behavior, adoption trends, retention funnels, and feature usage to guide product strategy. • Continuously identify opportunities to improve product engagement and stickiness by introducing new features or refining existing ones. • Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, UX/UI, marketing, and sales to deliver product outcomes on time. • Drive product development using Agile methodologies, with a focus on MVP delivery, iterative improvements, and sprint-based execution. • Translate complex AI/ML solutions into intuitive user experiences, leveraging NLP, LLMs, and semantic search capabilities where appropriate. • Create clear, actionable product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Monitor key product metrics (e.g., adoption, NPS, retention) and conduct deep-dive data analyses to uncover insights that shape future feature development. • Use tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Power BI, or Looker to inform data-driven decisions and report on success metrics. • Oversee project timelines, stakeholder communications, risk identification, and alignment across teams. Required Skills and Qualifications: • 6+ years of experience in product management with exposure to AI-powered or enterprise SaaS products. • Demonstrated success in increasing product adoption, growing feature usage, and enhancing user engagement. • Strong analytical mindset; ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable product strategies. • Experience using product analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA, Power BI, Amplitude). • Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including LLMs, NLP, model integration, and data privacy concerns. • Strong project management skills; capable of driving complex initiatives from ideation to launch within set timelines. • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Trello. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize effectively, and manage competing demands. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel) or AI platforms like HuggingFace, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI. • Experience with product-led growth strategies and user lifecycle design (onboarding, activation, retention). • Technical background or hands-on experience with AI tools, APIs, or platforms. • Exposure to RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, or vector-based search in an enterprise context.
