• Lead the Operations team, driving strategic direction, Job Monitoring, Scheduling, Configuration and
Maintenance of Batch Jobs.
• Act as the primary contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure a seamless
experience.
• Develop and implement operational processes, guidelines, and best practices to streamline support
operations and enhance user satisfaction.
• Log, prioritize, and collaborate with product teams on resolving bugs and complex technical issues.
• Monitor critical issues, escalate as needed, and provide workarounds for unsupported functionality.
• Also help troubleshoot, triage the daily issues and guide the team for any assistance in solving any
tickets.
• Assist in refining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.• Create, modify, and troubleshoot SSIS packages, Stored Procedures, SQL Queries, Automation
Processes and SQL Jobs with an eye on performance.
• Convert, manipulate and prepare large volumes of data for ingestion into our systems using SQL Server
integration tools.
• Create, modify and troubleshoot reporting queries in SQL Server 2019.
• Maintain and support data ingestion tools and automation scripts.
• Manage and resolve data-related issues that are reported by customers and internal employees.
• Conduct quality and business logic checks on all data into and out of systems.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with customer service, technical and consultative skills, and
acquired knowledge of the work product.Pay range and compensation package
