• Monitor and manage SAN/NAS storage infrastructure (e.g., QSAN), ensuring proper
allocation, redundancy, and zoning.
• Implement and test storage replication and protection mechanisms.
• Act as Level-2 escalation for incidents impacting servers/storage.
• Document infrastructure changes, maintain server inventory, and update system
configurations.
Desired Profile:
• Graduate in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of experience in server and storage administration.
• Strong knowledge of VMware, Windows/Linux server administration.
• Hands-on experience with SAN/NAS platforms (QSAN or equivalent).
• Familiarity with backup solu�ons and DR frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot escalated technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
