In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that essential components are managed with precision to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to ensure optimal availability.
- Coordinate the movement of critical parts and supplies, ensuring they are readily available for railway/metro maintenance and operational needs.
- Implement best practices for storage and organization to improve warehouse efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill material requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Proven experience in Railway or Metro Rail stores, OR equivalent experience working at an OEM.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, technical environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
