Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and responsible Store & Logistics Incharge to manage store operations, inventory control, dispatch planning, and logistics coordination.The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ERP systems, material management, warehouse operations, inward/outward processes, and transportation coordination to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities  Manage daily store and warehouse operations efficiently Maintain inventory records, stock verification, and material tracking through ERP systems  Handle inward and outward material processes, dispatches, and logistics coordination  Coordinate with production, purchase, and transport vendors for smooth operations Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of materials  Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory  Prepare MIS reports related to stock, dispatch, and logistics activities  Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards  Supervise store staff and maintain discipline within the department Required Skills Strong knowledge of ERP software and inventory management systems  Experience in warehouse and logistics operations  Good communication and coordination skills  Ability to manage dispatch planning and material movement independently Knowledge of transport and logistics documentation Qualification  B.Tech preferred  Additional certification in Store/Material Management will be an added advantage Experience Minimum 3+ years of experience in Store, Warehouse, or Logistics Management.
