• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple beauty brand clients, managing expectations regarding timelines, formulation modifications, and production capacities.
• Oversee the intake of new product concepts, ensuring technical and commercial feasibility within our manufacturing ecosystem.
• Lead client-facing status meetings, balancing multiple client demands while protecting overall manufacturing efficiency.

• Manage a massive active portfolio of 1000+ SKUs, ensuring opensuring optimal batch sequencing, minimal downtime, and maximum capacity utilization.
• Collaborate with Planning & Procurement to forecast raw material and packaging needs for different customers.
• Oversee the transition of products from lab-scale to industrial bulk production, ensuring color-matching consistency, pigment dispersion, and sensorial elegance across batches.

• Education: Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. (Post-graduate in Packaging Technology or Business Management is a strong plus).
