Responsibilities
 Greet customers and provide helpful, professional service & well groomed.
 Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
 Explain product features, prices, promotions, and services.
 Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately.
 Operate the cash register and handle payments responsibly.
 Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked displays.
 Receive, unpack, label, and organize merchandise (Inward & Outward).
 Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
 Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
 Follow company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
 Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns appropriately.
 Support opening and closing store procedures.
 Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager.
Qualifications
 High school, diploma or equivalent preferred.
 Previous retail customer service experience.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Basic math and cash-handling skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Positive attitude and professional appearance.
 Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
