We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer to join our team, specializing in Laser welding process and machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with customer and suppliers for designing, developing, and implementing laser welding applications.
§Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical engineering, or a related field§Minimum 5 years of experience in Laser welding or related industries§Strong knowledge of Welding principles, metallurgy §Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Laser welding issues§Understand the Product, Process, customer requirements and work with suppliers to develop and implement Laser welding machines.§Develop and optimize welding process parameters§Troubleshoot Laser welding issues, identifying and resolving problems to minimize downtime§Provide technical support to manufacturing, ensuring successful implementation and operation laser welding systems§Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity
