Key Responsibilities & Scope
- Supplier Coordination: Act as the primary interface for multiple global or regional suppliers. Lead supplier onboarding, purchase order management, and resolve transactional queries.
- Data Management & Analytics: Extract, compile, and manage complex supply chain datasets. Maintain data integrity across ERP systems.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Develop, track, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) using Power BI and Advanced Excel.
- Warehousing Support: Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory flows, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment.
- Process Improvement: Identify exceptions in the supply chain and perform root-cause analysis to propose corrective solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in the supply chain or procurement domain.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI (dashboarding, data modeling)
- Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, vlookup, etc.)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Ariba)
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage cross-functional stakeholders and multiple suppliers effectively
