Job PurposeThe Site Supply Chain Manager represents the Supply Chain function within the local Plant Management Team across both factories at the Neemrana site. The core purpose of this role is to own, optimize, and deliver the site's end-to-end supply plan.
As the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between local operations and regional/global supply chain functions, you will collaborate closely with site leadership to drive seamless execution, manage external logistics service providers (3PLs), control supply chain costs, and foster a high-performance, safety-first culture.
Key Responsibilities & Scope1. Production Scheduling & Material Execution
Translate customer sales orders and weekly operational plans into detailed daily production schedules for all (semi-finished and finished) goods produced on-site.
Strictly maintain and own the defined frozen planning period to protect manufacturing efficiency.
Own the raw material and packaging replenishment process to ensure zero downtime.
Communicate the detailed production schedule with high clarity to all stakeholders (Materials, Quality Assurance, Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Transport).
2. Logistics, Warehousing & Inventory Control
Own the on-site logistics activities, workforce, and material flows (including material handling, pallet movements, reception, and unloading).
Manage and govern the performance of external 3PL logistics service providers operating the on-site warehouses.
Oversee all physical stock count activities, inventory reconciliation, and immediate corrective actions.
Own inbound flows from suppliers/DCs and outbound logistics to regional DCs or direct customers.
Maintain, own, and audit all Free Trade Agreement (FTA) related documentation.
3. Cost, Quality & Performance Optimization
Accountable for total site supply chain costs, driving productivity initiatives to achieve budget targets.
Ensure full compliance of local supply chain processes with external regulations, customer requirements, and Barry Callebaut group standards.
Lead, coordinate, and support internal and external audits as required.
Partner with the National Planning Lead and local site teams to optimize the service-to-cost ratio.
4. Leadership & Culture
Responsible for a healthy and safe work environment for all internal and external personnel involved in material handling and supply chain processes.
Cascade, monitor, and improve core site KPIs, specifically: Site OTIF (On-Time In-Full), Schedule Adherence, and Inventory Accuracy.
Develop team capability and execute robust succession planning.
Foster an employee-oriented culture emphasizing quality, continuous improvement (CI), and psychological safety.
