Role Description:
We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Head of Supply Chain & Operations to lead our end-to-end supply chain, factory operations, and manufacturing excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate will come with deep experience in large-scale electronics manufacturing, preferably with Foxconn, Wistron India, or equivalent high-volume OEM/EMS environments. This role requires a strong operational leader with a track record of driving efficiency, quality, compliance, and scalable systems across global supply chains.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Supply Chain Management:
Own planning, procurement, vendor management, logistics, warehousing, and inventory control to ensure timely and cost-effective operations. - Factory Operations Leadership:

Global Compliance & Quality:
Ensure adherence to international standards (ISO, IATF, RoHS, etc.), environmental regulations, and ethical sourcing guidelines. Develop and audit SOPs for consistency across geographies.Scaling Operations:

The ideal candidate for the Head of Supply Chain & Operations role is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in large-scale, high-volume electronics manufacturing, preferably with leading OEMs/EMS companies such as Foxconn, Wistron India, Flex, or Jabil. They possess deep functional expertise in end-to-end supply chain management—including planning, procurement, logistics, and vendor development—as well as proven leadership in factory operations, lean manufacturing, and quality systems. With at least 5 years in senior leadership roles, they have successfully led large, cross-functional teams (500+ employees) and are known for their strong people leadership and on-the-ground operational presence. The candidate should have a solid track record in scaling operations, implementing global compliance standards (ISO, IATF, RoHS), and driving digital transformation initiatives. Technically proficient in ERP (SAP/Oracle) and MES systems, they are analytically driven, execution-focused, and capable of aligning operational functions with strategic business goals. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, and an MBA is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, global stakeholder engagement experience, and a willingness to relocate or travel extensively are essential for success in this role.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain roles, with at least 5 years in leadership roles at Foxconn, Wistron India, or similar high-volume electronics manufacturers.
- Proven track record in managing multi-shift factory operations, supply chains with thousands of SKUs, and vendor ecosystems in Asia and globally.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, TPM, TQM, and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams (500+ employees) and drive cross-functional transformation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and digital manufacturing platforms (MES, SCM tools).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management; MBA preferred.
