Required Qualifications
• 5–8 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing or startup environment.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring across diverse roles and functions.
• Strong command over Telugu (mandatory) and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Power BI skills are a plus.
• Experience using ATS and/or HCM tools for tracking and pipeline management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.
