- 4-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on finance recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring across a range of finance roles including Accountants, Senior Accountants, Financial Analysts, Revenue, Tax, and Controls professionals.
- Strong understanding of finance organizational structures and key functional skill sets within finance teams.
- Exposure to working in matrix or global environments is an advantage.
- Anyone worked for big4 through third-party or any other GCC on finance hiring will be a great fit.
