Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Non technical roles (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offers, closing).
- Partner with engineering leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements and team goals.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract talent.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques
- Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and motivation.
- Maintain strong candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Track and report key metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, diversity metrics) to inform hiring strategies.
- Represent the company at local tech events, university programs, and industry forums related to AI and engineering.
- Collaborate with People Ops, HRBPs, and global TA partners to ensure process consistency, compliance, and diversity goals.
