Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and
offer support
Execute targeted sourcing strategies to build active and passive candidate pipelines

boards, to identify potential candidates
Experience in conducting personality and cognitive assessments
Candidate Engagement & Experience
Engage candidates through proactive and meaningful communication
Ensure a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring
process
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
Plan and execute employer branding initiatives including social media activities, networking
events, and university collaborations
Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen employer value proposition
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR colleagues to support business hiring needs
Support and train local leaders on talent attraction best practices
Collaborate with global Talent Attraction colleagues and hiring managers across multiple
locations
Systems & Reporting
Use the Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors) to manage recruitment processes
Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring effectiveness and candidate inflow
Skills & Qualifications
Education
Degree in Engineering preferred
Degrees in HR, Business, Psychology, Marketing, or related fields considered
Experience & Skills
5 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing
Strong understanding of ATS (SuccessFactors preferred)
Experience with market research, job boards, employer branding and talent attraction
initiatives Proficient in social media sourcing, professional networks, and resume databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
