 Engage candidates through proactive and meaningful communication
 Ensure a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring
process
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
 Plan and execute employer branding initiatives including social media activities, networking
events, and university collaborations
 Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen employer value proposition
Stakeholder Collaboration
 Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR colleagues to support business hiring needs
 Support and train local leaders on talent attraction best practices
 Collaborate with global Talent Attraction colleagues and hiring managers across multiple
locations
Systems & Reporting
 Use the Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors) to manage recruitment processes
 Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring effectiveness and candidate inflow
Skills & Qualifications
Education
 Degree in Engineering preferred
 Degrees in HR, Business, Psychology, Marketing, or related fields considered
Experience & Skills
 5 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing
 Strong understanding of ATS (SuccessFactors preferred)
 Experience with market research, job boards, employer branding and talent attraction
initiatives Proficient in social media sourcing, professional networks, and resume databases
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Personal Attributes
 Collaborative, result-oriented, and relationship-driven
 Comfortable working in a global, cross-cultural environment
 Curious, proactive, and motivated to continuously improve recruitment practices
