Open search & Job posting on relevant portals/ social media
Source active and passive candidates in line with Job Description through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media. ...
Follow up with the hiring managers for lining up interviews & seeking detailed feedback
Interview co-ordination with all concerned stakeholders
Engaging with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
Create backups for all positions to avoid time lapses in case of dropouts
Creating the databank of frequently recruited positions
Managing and maintaining the tracker to understand the adherence / deviation of recruitment SLAs
Dashboards to relevant business stakeholders
Coordinate and negotiate offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Use ATS and recruitment tools for efficient tracking and reporting.
Keep up to date with industry trends in IT, Research and Finance domains.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Essential Qualification : B.Com / B.Tech + MBA HR
Experience : 4 to 6 Years
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES OF THE JOB
Business Acumen- Understanding of IT and Finance domains is a must
Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written
High on ownership & delivery
Learning agility
Networking
Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
High on MS Excel proficiency
