Communication Skills, confidence, executive presence are important as a lot of communication is involved with Talent Acquisition Heads in 8 countries and their teams

Past experience in Talent Acquisition / Risk & Governance preferred

• Risk and Governance ownership for the region

• 1. Track all internal issues and MSII to completion with a monthly governance framework
  2. Assurance audits monthly with actions and implementation
  3. Own queries and process updates for all countries, Ensure all actions are completed on time
  4. Refresher Trainings for Recruiters
  5. Monitoring employee files closure and vetting status for all countries
  6. Implementation of global change deployments for the region
  7. Represent region in global forums for change and implementation instances
