- Manpower & Workforce Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast future talent needs and develop comprehensive manpower and workforce plans to ensure long-term business goals are met.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of talent market trends, competitor recruiting practices, and industry benchmarks to inform strategic decisions. Use this data to identify new sourcing channels and opportunities.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to enhance and promote our employer brand, positioning the company as an employer of choice within the automotive sector.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Design and execute talent strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, from sourcing to selection.
- Technology & Analytics: Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative recruitment technologies and platforms. Use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of all talent acquisition initiatives and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and departmental leaders on all talent-related matters, providing guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on strategic workforce and manpower planning.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data, draw insights, and present findings in a clear and compelling manner.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus with senior stakeholders.
