- Material selection for corrosive and abrasive applications.
- Finite Element Analysis (FEA) basics.
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Product lifecycle management.
- SolidWorks / Creo / Inventor / CATIA
- AutoCAD
- ANSYS (preferred)
- CFD software (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel
- 10-15 years of experience in Mechanical Design and R&D.
- Minimum 3 years in a R & D team leadership role in India
- Hands-on experience in industrial pump design, testing, and product development.
- Knowledge of French will be added advantage
- Prior experience of working with Europe/US will be added advantage
