Role Overview
The Civil Technical Lead will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and execution of
civil works for large-scale thermal power projects. The role requires expertise in project
execution and proficiency in project management tools to ensure timely and quality
completion of civil packages.
Key Responsibilities
 Develop and maintain integrated construction schedules on MS Project for civil
packages.
 Identify critical paths and propose catch-up/mitigation plans.
 Assist in preparing rolling three-month plans and monitor progress.
 Oversee civil construction and commissioning activities for thermal power projects.
 Track supply status of materials and ensure timely resource mobilization.
 Generate weekly/monthly progress and exception reports.
 Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
 Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution and participate in review
meetings.
 Assist in claims management, dispute resolution, and drafting contractual letters.
