5) Monitor Attrition of dealer staff & plan training to improve % Trained
6)Updating of training data in LMS ( Daksha)
7) Evaluation of Training effectiveness
8) Settling bills pertaining to training expenses on a monthly basis
9) Prepare Dealer debit according to Training attendance
10) Manage training and placement of candidates thru Vocational Training Centre.
11)Manage training operations at Dealer Inhouse training centers
