● Accurately maintain records of all calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM or
internal systems.
● Handle objections and customer queries professionally and confidently.
● Share product updates, offers, or changes with potential users during conversations.
● Coordinate with field teams or onboarding teams where required.Requirements:
● Minimum .6 moths-1 year of experience in telesales, outbound calling, or inside sales.
● Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
● Fluent in Hindi and/or regional languages; basic English preferred.
● Ability to meet high call volumes and daily sales targets.Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, or lead tracking systems is a plus.
● Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.
