We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Territory Executive (Medical Representative) in Biharsharif. This role is a key position within our Pharma/Healthcare/Lifesciences division, focused on driving brand awareness and fostering strong professional relationships within the healthcare community.
Responsibilities:- Proactively schedule and conduct professional meetings with doctors to present product information and scientific data.
- Manage and nurture relationships with local chemists and stockists to ensure product availability and optimal supply chain management.
- Achieve territory sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our pharmaceutical portfolio.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the healthcare landscape and competitor activities within the Bihar region.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on market trends, customer insights, and field activities to the regional management team.
- Educational background: Any Graduate.
- Experience: Up to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with medical professionals.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem in Biharsharif and surrounding areas.
- Proven ability to manage territory operations independently and meet organizational objectives.
