Job RoleWe are hiring a Territory Manager in Nagpur to lead a team of Medical Representatives, manage sales, and build strong relationships with doctors and maternity homes.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management: Guide and train Medical Representatives to achieve monthly sales targets.
Fieldwork: Conduct regular joint calls with MRs to resolve field challenges.
Doctor & Hospital Coverage: Promote products to key doctors, gynaecologists, and maternity homes.
Distribution: Coordinate with stockists and chemists for smooth order supply and payment recovery.
Experience managing Medical Representatives in the pharma industry.
Exposure to the gynaecology or maternity home segment.
Strong leadership and communication skills with knowledge of the Nagpur market.
Degree in B.Pharm, B.Sc, or related field.
