    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Medical Representatives to achieve sales targets within the Punjab, J&K, and Rajasthan territories.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's market share and customer base.
    • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
    • Ensure effective territory management and optimize resource allocation.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and distributors.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
