The primary goal of this role is to spearhead the growth of the company's cables and wires portfolio and establish a high-performing sales operation in your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive Territory sales strategy, setting aggressive short and long-term targets for revenue, market share, and profitability.
Channel Management: Oversee and drive both B2C and Trade Sales, and manage the Distributor and Direct Dealership network to ensure strong, strategic market coverage.
Key Account Relationships: Identify, nurture, and expand relationships with key industrial customers, contractors, distributors, and utility companies, including negotiating high-value contracts.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a sales team (representatives, channel managers, key account managers), setting clear expectations and driving accountability.
Financial & Operations: Oversee the Territory P&L, forecast sales, manage budgets, and utilize CRM tools and sales analytics for detailed performance reporting.
