Territory Sales Officer (Off-Role)

Are you a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and customer engagement? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment and possess excellent communication skills? Nespresso is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Officer to join our team and play a key role in expanding our vending machine business.

Responsibilities:
  • Account Acquisition:
    • Generate new leads for vending machine placements.
    • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase Nespresso's offerings.
    • Secure new accounts by closing deals and ensuring contract signing within established guidelines.
  • Account Retention:
    • Ensure customer satisfaction for machines under your responsibility by guaranteeing timely supplies.
    • Liaise with service teams to ensure prompt and efficient machine servicing.
    • In the event of a machine pull-out, coordinate with service teams for safe removal and plan for immediate redeployment.
  • Tracking of Machines:
    • Ensure distributors certify machine availability by location and that this information is submitted promptly for machines under your purview.
    • Monitor and report on Business Throughput, including the monthly average sale per machine and distributor billing to accounts.
Qualifications:
  • MBA or related postgraduate degree (Freshers welcome).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
