Hi Greetings Randstad India Key Responsibilities: Letter of Credit & Banking Transactions: Draft, review, and negotiate domestic and international Letters of Credit. Manage trade contracts, Proforma Invoices (P.I.), commercial invoices, and other LC-related documentation. Liaise with banks for LC issuance, amendments, negotiation, and settlement. Banking & Treasury Operations: Support the Treasury Team in FX payments and hedging activities. Maintain imports and exports payment trackers and ensure timely vendor payments. Provide support for audits, internal controls, and quarterly reporting. Ensure compliance with current tax norms, including IGST on imports and exports.
