Job Title: Territory Sales In charge (TSI) for Retail Fuel Outlets Channel

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the assigned territory to maximize sales, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual secondary sales targets from the retail bazar to the fuel outlets
- Appoint and manage channel partners such as distributors and retailers.
- Ensure effective product placement and visibility in retail outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key retailers.
- Execute local marketing and promotional activities to drive product awareness.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the Marketing team
- Collect and report sales data, inventory status, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely payment collections from channel partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales activities and ensure market presence.
- Responsible for penetration of Loyalty program in designated territory
- Gathering channel partner, customer and client data
Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma (10+3) or Graduate in any discipline
- 2+ years of field sales experience preferably in Automobile, lubricants, or related sectors
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- A daily drive of 100 km
- Good knowledge of local territory and customer base
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area
- CTC: As per industry standards (Includes fixed salary + TA/DA + incentives)
