Job Title:  Hiring Strategy & Fulfillment<br />Experience Level: 18+ years<br />Reports To: Head of Talent Fulfillment <br />Role Summary<br />The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in scaling hiring programs across diverse geographies,<br />aligning talent supply with business demand, and building a future-ready fulfillment engine.<br />Key Responsibilities<br />• Assess and strengthen country-level hiring health, identifying systemic challenges and<br />opportunities for scale.<br />• Design and drive strategic fulfillment frameworks that balance speed, quality, and cost<br />while meeting business-critical demand.<br />• Lead and mentor senior hiring managers and fulfillment teams, building strong leadership<br />capacity within the function.<br />• Champion process innovation, governance, and system optimization to ensure agility and<br />scalability.<br />• Leverage global talent intelligence and local market insights to craft targeted interventions<br />and strategies.<br />• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance while adapting to market realities.<br />• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce readiness and talent supply<br />challenges.<br />Required Qualifications<br />• 18+ years of experience in talent acquisition and hiring strategy, with at least 5 years in<br />senior leadership roles.<br />• Demonstrated success in leading country or regional hiring programs in fast-scaling,<br />complex environments.<br />• Deep expertise in talent supply chains, SLA-driven fulfillment, and workforce planning.<br />• Strong command of ATS/HR systems and cross-border compliance.<br />• Analytical, data-driven leadership style with a track record of delivering measurable<br />outcomes.<br />Preferred Experience<br />• Prior leadership in country-level or regional TA organizations within tech services.• Hands-on experience with platforms like SuccessFactors, Workday, SmartRecruiters, or<br />Greenhouse.<br />• Familiarity with offshore–onsite models, tech demand cycles, and global delivery setups.<br />• Proven ability to lead transformational hiring initiatives (automation, AI in TA, innovative<br />sourcing models).<h3>experience</h3>20
