We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic leader to head Vendor
Management. The role is critical in developing robust
vendor governance frameworks, driving strategic sourcing, and overseeing contract
lifecycle management to ensure the organization secures high-quality goods and
services at optimal terms.
The Head of Vendor Management & Contracts will lead negotiations, mitigate risks,
ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, and foster strong
vendor partnerships that drive innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
This leadership role requires deep expertise in vendor relationship management,
contract negotiations, cost optimization, and governance, with a focus on building
resilient and ethical supply chain practices. Key Responsibilities
1. Vendor Management
- Develop and implement a vendor governance framework aligned with
- organizational objectives and long-term strategies.
- Cultivate strategic vendor partnerships that drive innovation, collaboration,

2. Contracts Management
- Develop and oversee the strategic contract lifecycle management framework
- ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Lead high-value vendor negotiations to secure contracts that maximize value
- and mitigate risks.
- Establish governance structures to monitor contract performance, compliance,
- and deviations.
- Introduce innovative contract designs with flexible terms to enable scalability

3. Cost Optimization & Risk Mitigation
- Drive cost-optimization initiatives that balance efficiency, quality, and financial
- targstablish risk management frameworks to proactively identify and mitigate
- vendor and contractual risks.
- Use data analytics and market intelligence to identify cost-saving
- opportunities and competitive sourcing trends.
- Develop contingency plans for critical vendors and contracts to ensure

4. Compliance & Governance
- Lead compliance frameworks ensuring all vendor and contract practices align
- with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
