Key Tasks: The Vertical Market Head- Food & Beverage will lead the strategic sales growth and business expansion for Food, Beverage, and allied sectors such as Sugar, Bioethanol, Distillery, Brewery, Beverage Processing, Dairy and EPC. Candidate will be driving business growth for Kelvion’s advanced heat exchanger technologies—ranging from Plate Heat Exchangers (PHEs), Fin-Tube, and Air Cooler solutions—tailored to diverse thermal processing needs. The ideal candidate will combine technical excellence, strong business acumen, and deep market insight to establish Kelvion as the go-to thermal solutions provider in these fast-evolving industries. Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Define and drive growth strategy for Food, Beverage, and allied Industries including sugar, bioethanol, brewery, distillery, and EPC
- Segment the vertical into application clusters for tailored market approaches.
- Assess industry dynamics to identify untapped opportunities in both domestic and export markets.
- Formulate strategic plans for long-term positioning in energy-efficient thermal solutions.
Business Development & Sales Enablement:
- Expand Kelvion’s footprint in target industries via focused sales strategies.
- Generate and nurture leads through industry events, OEM collaboration, and channel partners.
- Lead techno-commercial negotiations for projects across sugar mills, ethanol plants, breweries, and beverage processing units.
Application Engineering & Product Customization
- Provide industry-specific guidance on heat exchange applications: Sugar: Juice heating, evaporation, and crystallization, Bioethanol & Distillery: Fermentation cooling, rectification, and condensation , Brewery & Beverage: Wort cooling, Dairy pasteurization, carbonation systems
- Recommend customized equipment based on process parameters and environmental conditions.
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D to develop modular, scalable solutions.
EPC Project Alignment
- Engage EPC contractors through framework agreements & develop strong position early in project lifecycle to influence specifications and design.
- Develop heat exchanger solutions that align with process flows, timelines, and cost targets.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes and support documentation for project approvals.
- Monitor execution schedules and support post-sales technical coordination.
Performance, Reporting & Growth Metrics
- Define KPIs for sales team, vertical performance and track against sales, margin, and market share goals.
- Present quarterly business reviews to the leadership team with strategic insights and action plans.
- Highlight competitive differentiators to establish Kelvion as a preferred partner.
Internal Collaboration & Industry Advocacy
- Align with internal teams across design, production, service, and marketing for seamless delivery.
- Share market intelligence and insights to influence future product development.
- Represent Kelvion in industry forums, conferences, and technical conferences
