Job Summary:
The Vendor Master Data Analyst is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and governance of
vendor master data across systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal
controls and external regulations. This role plays a key part in supporting procurement, finance, and ...

Key Responsibilities:
1. Experience in managing vendor articles in Master data
2. Identify and resolve article mismatches between vendor records and material master data to
ensure accurate procurement and payment process
3. Perform regular audits and data cleansing to maintain data integrity.
4. Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and other stakeholders to validate vendor
data.
5. Investigate root causes of mismatches and implement corrective actions in collaboration
with cross-functional teams
6. Generate reports and dashboards to track data quality KPIs and performance metrics.
7. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
8. Validating & identifying incorrect mapping in Basware & work with respective teams to
resolve it________________________________________
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in master data management, preferably in a shared services or global
business services environment.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
4. Proficiency in SAP (MM Module preferred), Basware, Excel and Power point
5. Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and vendor compliance
requirements.
6. Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-country retail environment is a plus.
