- Investor Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential investors, including private equity and venture capital funds.
- Financial Modeling & Pitches: Develop sophisticated financial models, compelling investment pitches, and presentations to communicate the company's financial story to investors.
- Deal Execution: Lead and manage the execution of inbound and outbound transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on deal structuring and regulatory compliance.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and financial operations to ensure fiscal health and compliance.

- Proven Fundraising Experience: Demonstrated expertise in leading fundraising rounds, ideally with exposure to Series B funding or later for startups.
- Strong Financial Acumen: A deep understanding of corporate finance, financial modeling, and strategic financial planning.
- Investor Networks: Established connections and a strong track record of raising capital from private equity and venture capital firms.
- Communication & Storytelling: The ability to translate complex financial data into persuasive narratives and effective presentations.
- Leadership & Team Management: Experience in building and leading high-performing finance teams and fostering efficient financial operations.
- Professional Credentials: A strong educational background, often including an MBA, and professional certifications such as CFA or CA.
