Job Titile - Warehouse Officer <ul><li>Location: Bhatinda </li><li>Working Day-  6 Day</li></ul> Job Description - 1. Material Receiving & Storage<ul><li>Receive raw materials such as grains, oil cakes, additives, minerals, and packing materials.</li><li>Verify quantity and quality against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.</li><li>Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and identification of materials as per FIFO/LIFO norms.</li><li>Maintain segregated storage for raw material, finished goods, rejects, and returned items.</li></ul><p>2. Inventory Management</p><ul><li>Maintain accurate records of stock in ERP/Manual registers.</li><li>Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification.</li><li>Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement and production planning teams for material requirement forecasting.</li><li>Investigate and report stock discrepancies, shortages, or damages.</li></ul><p>3. Issuance to Production</p><ul><li>Issue raw materials to production based on approved material requisitions.</li><li>Ensure correct quantity and batch details are issued.</li><li>Maintain material consumption records and ensure traceability.</li></ul><p>4. Finished Goods Handling</p><ul><li>Store finished cattle feed bags in designated warehouse areas.</li><li>Ensure safe stacking to prevent damage, contamination, or moisture absorption.</li><li>Handle loading and dispatch of finished goods as per dispatch schedule.</li><li>Coordinate with transporters for timely delivery.</li></ul><p>5. Documentation & Compliance</p><ul><li>Maintain inward and outward registers, GRNs, stock registers, and delivery challans.</li><li>Ensure proper batch-wise and date-wise documentation for traceability.</li><li>Assist during internal and external audits.</li><li>Ensure compliance with BIS, company SOPs, and safety standards.</li></ul><p>6. Housekeeping & Safety</p><ul><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse at all times.</li><li>Follow safety norms related to material handling, fire safety, and pest control.</li><li>Ensure use of PPE by warehouse staff.</li><li>Report unsafe conditions, spillages, or damages immediately.</li></ul><p>7.
