<p>Role:  Warehouse Incharge</p><p>  </p><p>Candidate should be from Carbon Black Industry<br /><br />Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Manager:</p><p><br /> Inventory Management:<br /> Supervising the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. <br /> Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock control systems. <br /> Implementing and monitoring inventory management practices, including cycle counts and physical inventories. <br /> Optimizing storage space and layout for efficiency. </p><p><br /> Logistics and Operations:<br /> Coordinating with suppliers, transport companies, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. <br /> Overseeing warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping. <br /> Ensuring adherence to warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices. </p><p><br /> Staff Management:<br /> Recruiting, training, and supervising warehouse staff. <br /> Monitoring employee performance and productivity. <br /> Motivating and coaching staff to achieve performance goals. <br /> Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. </p><p><br /> Safety and Compliance:<br /> Ensuring a safe and secure work environment for warehouse staff. <br /> Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures. <br /> Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. </p><p><br /> Reporting and Analysis:<br /> Preparing regular reports on warehouse activities and performance. <br /> Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. <br /> Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure efficiency. </p><p><br /> Other Duties:<br /> Maintaining and repairing warehouse equipment and machinery. <br /> Managing budgets and costs. </p><p> Liaising with clients and vendors.   </p><h3>experience</h3>10
