- List of job expected to be performed by Team Member:
- Preventive Maintenance of Weld Equipment's Spot, Stud & Sealer Robots, Material Handling Robots, Body lifters, Conveyor & Transfer systems, Jigs & Fixtures, Hoist & Hangers, hemming machine , Portable Weld guns, Sealer dispensers.
- Able to Trouble-shoot and Replace parts - PLCs, Inverters, Servo Drives etc.
- Able to carryout parts replacement - Motor, Gearbox, Chain, bearings etc.
- Able to carryout Overhauling of Robots [Mechanical / Electrical]
- Able to manage and control Automated / Robotic Weld Line - including Quality.
- Able to carryout Vibration, Chain elongation of Drives - Analysis & judgement.
3) Functional competencies required to perform this job :
- Planning & Execution of - Preventive, Breakdown, Predictive Maintenance.
- Knowledge on Pneumatics, Hydraulics, PLC - Programming
[Spot/Sealer/Material Handling/Stud welding]
- IT networking understanding for Equipment's - Ethernet, LAN, FL-Net, CC-Link.
- Understanding of latest Digital technologies - Symptom Grasping Tools, IoT, WiFi Data transfer.
- Good communication skills & Leadership qualities - to Lead a team of Technicians.
- Budget & Spares - Planning /Procurement / Inventory / SAP know-how.
- Kaizen Mind - for carrying out Innovations towards S, Q, P & C.
- Related industrial experience suitable to perform this Job : (Example: Auto / Construction / Telecom)
Automobile OEM's , Weld line experience.
- Work location & work shift :
- Bidadi, Maintenance
- 3 Shifts weekly rotation, Holiday work, Shutdown work [Long Holiday]
6) Brief reporting Structure / Number of subordinates (if any) :
Reporting to GL of the Weld MTN Section.
About 10~12 Subordinates to lead.
