    Key Responsibilities

    Workplace Operations & Employee Services

    • Lead complete food operations including cafeteria services, pantries, vending machines, kitchens, and micro-kitchens.
    • Manage end-to-end employee transportation services, including night-shift transport.
    • Oversee housekeeping operations to ensure a safe, hygienic, and well-maintained workplace.

    • Oversee complete Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) operations to ensure uninterrupted site functionality.

    • Handle parking operations, space management, and occupancy optimization.
    • Manage material movement, delivery challans, and site logistics.
    • Provide facilities and workplace support for new office expansions and fit-outs, including New Office – Phase 3.

    Health, Safety, Security & Compliance

    • Implement, govern, and monitor EHS policies, awareness programs, and safety processes.
    • Actively manage Emergency Response Team (ERT) operations and preparedness.
    • Ensure compliance with municipal regulations, labour laws, fire safety norms, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
    • Lead physical security operations including CCTV, access cards, visitor management systems, lockers, and night-shift guarding.
    • Develop, implement, and govern workspace and security-related policies.

    Stakeholder, Vendor & Landlord Management

    • Serve as the primary liaison with landlord teams and external authorities including fire, labour, and municipal bodies.
    • Build strong vendor partnerships by defining and governing SOWs, SLAs, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
    • Ensure service excellence from all outsourced vendors including housekeeping, cafeteria, pest control, and waste management.
    • Conduct monthly stakeholder reviews with HR and other internal teams.

    Technology, Data & Reporting

    • Own and manage ServiceNow tickets related to workplace and facilities operations.
    • Analyze and leverage Mapiq occupancy data to drive space planning, utilization, and workplace strategy decisions.

    Procurement, Finance & Governance

    • Control and manage the facilities budget, contracts, and vendor commercials.
    • Partner with procurement teams on sourcing, inventory management, billing, invoicing, and payments.
    • Facilitate finance processes related to workplace and facilities operations with a focus on cost optimization and governance.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Provide continuous operational support to central and global teams including HR, IT Services, Travel, Finance, Corporate Security, and Global Communications.
    • Act as a strategic partner in driving workplace efficiency, employee experience, and operational excellence.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
