* Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
* 3-5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably handling UK clients
* Strong experience in financial reporting, year-end finalization, and MIS
* Working knowledge of UK taxation (VAT, corporation tax) and compliance requirements
* Experience in outsourcing / practice environment is preferred
