Responsible for maintaining and updating HR policies, SOPs and procedures in alignment with organizational

• Employee Life Cycle Management
o Administer the full employee lifecycle including induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and
separation.
o Draft employment-related documents such as contracts, letters, and agreements.
o Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
o Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
o Drive the performance appraisal cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
Support managers and employees throughout the process.
• Employee Engagement & Retention
o Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and offsite activities to foster a
positive and productive work environment.
o Promote the organization's R&R program and manage communications related to employee achievements and
milestones.
o Employee relations & Grievance handling.
• Learning & Development
Identify training needs, coordinate with internal and external trainers, and organize development programs to
enhance employee capabilities.
• Payroll, HR Compliance & Statutory Requirements
o Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws and global corporate guidelines.
o Maintain accurate HR records for audits and legal compliance.
o Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely disbursements.
o Oversee benefits administration and annual actuarial valuations.• Global Coordination & Reporting
o Collaborate with HQ and subsidiaries for alignment on holidays, HR practices, reporting standards, and
compliance.
o Manage HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), ensure data accuracy, and generate periodic HR dashboards
and MIS reports.

• Travel & Logistics ManagementQualification & Experience and Skill Requirements:
• Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification with minimum 3-7 years of proven work
experience in HR & Administration
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent
attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of Power Point, Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
• Highly resourceful team player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
• A team player with leadership skills and able to work with all levels of Management
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Good verbal and Written Communication Skills. Fluency in English & Hindi
