Key Purpose: key Management of Contact for the Customers during order & Project domains, management processes & it's Objectives
Management Responsibilities:
· Adopt, implement & maintain domain strategies related to Order to Cash.
· Strategic framework
· strategic plan & allignment,
· Assess current state,
· Analyze gaps between current and future state,
· Define/adopt operational objectives and milestones incl. strategy effectiveness measurement,
· Define process risks incl. mitigation measures and opportunities
· Define contingency action plans for major risks,
· Define actions and schedules,
· Allocate budget,
· Realign actions and schedules
· Implement strategy - Communicate strategy and objectives,
· Implement strategy reporting,
· Engage staff and stakeholders,
· Create strategy implementation report
· Analyze feedback on strategy,
· Monitor strategy adoption and relevance.
Functional Responsibilities:
· Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through delivery of projects to the agreed cost, time, scope, quality and security constraints
· Proactively manage customer relationships to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
· Manage the portfolio of projects and programs
· Develop and maintain high performance team with proper guidance and supervision
· Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and practices
· Establish regular, clear and consistent channels of communication at all levels (cross functional) within the organisation
· Contribute for functional and business improvement and use of development methodologies.
· Adopt, roll out & maintain best working practices and workflows to ensure service excellence.
· Prepare and Maintain MIS reports for effective business decisions
· Maintain successful functional contribution in 3rd party assessments/ audits
· Responsible for ensuring and improving the company and 3rd party safety performance on Project deliveries
· All other special tasks assigned by the management as and when necessary.
Qualification: B.Tech., or M.Tech., PMP certification added advantage
