Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional for the role of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Listing Compliances. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end listing process, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing policies and processes, and serving as the primary point of contact for regulators and key stakeholders.

Handle the complete lifecycle of listing new instruments, including coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant execution.
Regulatory Liaison:
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for communication and coordination with regulatory bodies such as SEBI and other relevant authorities.Policy & Process Development:
Design, implement, and update policies and operational procedures related to listing and compliance to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory norms.Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate effectively with internal departments, issuers, members, and other external stakeholders to ensure smooth listing operations.Listing Operations Oversight:
Monitor and manage day-to-day listing activities, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements and operational efficiency.Regulatory Understanding:
Maintain a strong and updated knowledge of SEBI, stock exchange, and other relevant regulatory frameworks governing commodity and derivatives exchanges.Corporate Actions Handling:
Oversee the timely and accurate processing of corporate actions related to listed instruments.Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation and reports for internal records, audit purposes, and regulatory submissions.Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of listing regulations, SEBI guidelines, and exchange-related compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience in handling corporate actions, listing operations, and dealing with regulatory authorities.
- Exceptional documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operate in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Attention to detail, proactive approach, and strong organizational skills.
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Law, or related fields.
- Experience: 2 -8 years of relevant experience in listing compliance, preferably within exchanges, financial institutions, or regulatory bodies.
