factory and karigarh (artisan) workforce. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience
in factory HR operations, labour law compliance, and end-to-end payroll management within
a manufacturing setup.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end payroll processing for factory and karigarh staff, ensuring
accuracy and timeliness.
Handle all statutory compliance activities – PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus,
Gratuity, and other labour law requirements.
Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and overtime records through HRMS or
manual registers.
Coordinate with Finance and external consultants for compliance filings and audit
support.
Ensure labour law registers and records are updated as per factory norms.
Support contract labour management including documentation and vendor
compliance.
Assist in employee documentation – onboarding, ID cards, personal files, and
exit formalities.
Address day-to-day HR operations queries from factory employees.
Liaise with local authorities and ensure statutory inspections are handled
smoothly.
RequirementsEducation: Graduate or PG in HR / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare
preferred.
Experience: 2–3 years in HR operations within a manufacturing or factory
environment.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, factory laws, and payroll
processing.
Proficiency in Excel and HRMS tools.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on-ground with blue-collar
employees.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.Work Mode:
