Analytical method development, routine analysis and validation for injectable drug products such as liposomes, nano-emulsions, nano suspensions, depots, Peptides, iron based injectables etc. (Minimum 2 of these type of products).
Analysis (Method development/ routine testing) of injectable drug products for various tests such as Assay, related substances (impurities), discriminatory drug release, GPC, residuals solvents, preservative content, reverse engineering, viscosity/ rheology, amino acid content, etc.
Operation/ calibration of various analytical instruments like HPLC (with Empower software), UPLC, GC, Dissolution testers (USP I, II and Type-IV), KF/ coulometer, viscometer, etc.
Knowledge cum experience in handling of advanced analytical instruments like Rheometer, Mastersizer and Zetasizer, LC-MS, GC-MS, NMR, XRD, SEM/TEM, Circular dichroism, ESR, Mossbauer spectroscopy, etc. will be an added advantage.
Preparation of documents like analytical method development strategy, method development reports, method of analysis, stability reports, etc.
Any other responsibility assigned by the reporting manager.
