Analytical Scientist II - Pharma/Biotech   Designation: Analytical Scientist II    Job Location: Bengaluru   Department: Analytical Research and Development - Complex injectables    Educational qualification: <ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry</li></ul>     Experience:<ul><li>4 to 6 years (in Analytical research and development – Injectable drug products)</li></ul>       Behavioural skills:<ul><li>Should have the capability to work individually and in a team.</li><li>Should have good oral and written communication skills.</li><li>Should have trouble shooting and analytical thinking ability.</li></ul>     Desired technical skills cum Job description: <ul><li>Analytical method development, routine analysis and validation for injectable drug products such as liposomes, nano-emulsions, nano suspensions, depots, Peptides, iron based injectables etc. (Minimum 2 of these type of products). </li><li>Analysis (Method development/ routine testing) of injectable drug products for various tests such as Assay, related substances (impurities), discriminatory drug release, GPC, residuals solvents, preservative content, reverse engineering, viscosity/ rheology, amino acid content, etc.</li><li>Operation/ calibration of various analytical instruments like HPLC (with Empower software), UPLC, GC, Dissolution testers (USP I, II and Type-IV), KF/ coulometer, viscometer, etc.</li><li>Knowledge cum experience in handling of advanced analytical instruments like Rheometer, Mastersizer and Zetasizer, LC-MS, GC-MS, NMR, XRD, SEM/TEM, Circular dichroism, ESR, Mossbauer spectroscopy, etc. will be an added advantage.</li><li>Preparation of documents like analytical method development strategy, method development reports, method of analysis, stability reports, etc.</li><li>Any other responsibility assigned by the reporting manager.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p>To Apply:<p>Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting their resume and cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications. </p><h3>experience</h3>15
