Job Title: Senior Analytics Analyst
Job Summary
The Senior Analytics Analyst will serve as a key contributor to analytics initiatives, supporting customer-facing teams including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Tech Support, Customer Service, and Professional Services. This role requires advanced dashboard development skills using Tableau, Tableau Pulse+, CRM Analytics (CRMA), and Power BI, with a strong understanding of business operations and data storytelling. This collaborative role requires strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Dashboard Development & Visualization
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Tableau Pulse+, CRMA, and Power BI to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Translate complex datasets into intuitive visualizations tailored to different business audiences.
- Leverage embedded security and role-based views in CRMA to deliver personalized insights to Salesforce users.
Cross-Functional Analytics Support
- Partner with RevOps and customer-facing teams to define KPIs, reporting needs, and data sources.
- Deliver insights across the customer lifecycle—from lead generation and sales conversion to onboarding, support, and retention.
- Support post-sales analytics for Customer Success and Services, including Gainsight and Salesforce Service Cloud reporting.
Data Strategy & Governance
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with data engineering and governance teams to align on source systems, definitions, and refresh schedules.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide BI tool strategy and adoption efforts.
Innovation & Enablement
- Explore and implement new features in Tableau Pulse+ and CRMA to enhance real-time alerting and proactive insights.
- Provide training and documentation to business users on dashboard usage and interpretation.
- Stay current with analytics trends and tools, participating in Tableau User Groups and webinars.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience in analytics or BI roles.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Tableau Pulse+, CRM Analytics, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and customer-facing business processes.
- Experience supporting RevOps or similar cross-functional teams.
- Strong English Language Proficiency
Preferred
- Tableau or CRMA certifications.
- Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with AI tools and processes
