Support performance management, probation reviews, and employee confirmation
processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and MIS reports.
Handle employee grievances and support employee relations initiatives.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Manage employee engagement activities and organizational events.
Support payroll inputs, attendance management, leave administration, and benefits
coordination.
Assist in policy implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for HR-related activities.
Support HR audits and prepare required documentation. Eligibility CriteriaEducational Background
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Experience
7 -8 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in FMCG, Healthcare,
Pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
Experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.
Hands-on experience with HRMS and HR reporting tools.
Other Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and travel occasionally, if
required.
