Assistant Manager - Brand Communications

Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for healthcare and building meaningful connections? We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager Brand Communications to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of our pharmaceutical and nutraceutical brands, driving market presence and fostering key relationships within the medical community.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct effective field marketing activities to promote our range of high-quality pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and various healthcare professionals.
  • Act as our eyes and ears in the field, providing valuable feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
  • Execute strategic sampling activities and BTL (Below-The-Line) activations to increase product visibility.
  • Represent the company at medical conferences, Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, and other key industry events.
  • Ensure all reporting and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to company standards.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science is preferred. Additional qualifications in Marketing are considered an added advantage.
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the domain. Prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR) is highly preferred.
  • Team Handling , Team Management experience is must
  • Industry Expertise: Proven field marketing experience within the Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, or B2C industries.
  • Essential Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport effortlessly.
  • Mobility: Demonstrated ability to work independently and a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
