In this role, you will be the voice of our pharmaceutical and nutraceutical brands, driving market presence and fostering key relationships within the medical community.
Responsibilities:- Conduct effective field marketing activities to promote our range of high-quality pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and various healthcare professionals.
- Act as our eyes and ears in the field, providing valuable feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs.
- Execute strategic sampling activities and BTL (Below-The-Line) activations to increase product visibility.
- Represent the company at medical conferences, Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, and other key industry events.
- Ensure all reporting and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to company standards.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science is preferred. Additional qualifications in Marketing are considered an added advantage.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the domain. Prior experience as a Medical Representative (MR) is highly preferred.
- Team Handling , Team Management experience is must
- Industry Expertise: Proven field marketing experience within the Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, or B2C industries.
- Essential Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport effortlessly.
- Mobility: Demonstrated ability to work independently and a willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
