Assistant Manager - HR

Key Responsibilities:
 Design and execute employee engagement programs that align with the organization & mission and values.
 Develop initiatives aimed at boosting employee morale, productivity, and retention.
 Create metrics to measure the success of engagement initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
 Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful event execution.
 Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
 Manage job postings, job descriptions, and candidate communications
 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs
