JOB DESCRIPTIONJob DetailsPosition title / designation Team Member- Projects Group CompanyMukand Limited Reporting to Incharge – Project ExecutionBusiness Unit Machine Building Division Function Project Execution, Planning and Erection Services Sub-Function Project Execution Key Responsibilities• Plan, coordinate and manage timely execution of the assigned projects• Create a project plan for each project based on the contract• Arrange and attend the internal kick off meeting of the project• Attend the kickoff meetings and other review meetings of projects and provide necessary inputs• Coordinate with internal teams to get updates on project status• Prepare list of drawings & documents for approval as per order terms• Engage with customer on a regular basis during project execution to understand requirements, feedback and to receive validation and approval on deliverables• Obtain approvals from customer for any items not covered in approved make list• Track the payment schedules and coordinate with customer team for receipt of the overdue payments• Facilitate customer visits and audits at the MBD location and address any queries that come up during these visits• Hold regular update meetings with the project team and take account of the progress, red flags and provide necessary guidance on the same• Create project update reports and MIS to share with the customer and the management• Maintain relevant documentation around compliance and quality checks for submission to customer and audit teams• Coordinate with internal teams and transporters for dispatch of orders• Raise insurance claims for any transit damage, theft cases at site as per scope & follow up for settlement.• Coordinate with site engineers for any issues related to supplies/ shortages Key Metrics• Customer satisfaction score / customer feedback• Adherence to project plan• Completion of deliverables within timelines• 100% adherence to statutory requirements Knowledge and Skills Education Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent is required; Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or equivalent is preferred Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and execution preferably in heavy engineering equipment manufacturing industry<h3>experience</h3>15
